Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions
- Once the safari is booked, no cancellation, amendment or refund will be permitted.
- Safari confirmation is strictly subject to availability with the Forest Department at the time of booking.
- Reserved seats in any type of safari vehicle cannot be resold or exchanged with another visitor.
- The Forest Department reserves the right to change the allotted safari zone or close any zone in the interest of wildlife conservation.
- The National Park may be closed without prior notice. In such circumstances, no refund will be applicable.
- Seating arrangements in the safari jeep are as per the names mentioned on the issued ticket and are strictly non-transferable.
- Any change to an already-issued safari booking will be treated as a cancellation.
- Add-on facilities are not available at Ranthambore National Park. In case of any amendment, full safari charges will apply.
- Safari rates may be revised by the Forest Department at any time. Any increase in government/department rates, including for already-booked safaris, will be payable by the guest/agent.
- ID proof details submitted during booking must be accurate and must match the original document presented at the counter for collection of the boarding pass.
- If the details provided in the online booking do not match the original ID proof, the Forest Department may refuse to issue the boarding pass. No refund or replacement seat will be provided in such cases.
- Safari booking will be processed only after 100% payment and receipt of the required ID details.
- Pets are strictly not allowed inside Ranthambore National Park.
- Zones 01–05 remain closed on Wednesdays.
- Zones 06–10 remain closed on Tuesdays.
- Guests must report at the designated park entry gate at least 30 minutes before the safari departure time.
- Vehicle and guide details will be shared approximately one hour before the safari time.
- Vehicle, driver and guide are allotted by the Forest Department on a government basis.
Tatkal, Premium & Advance Booking
Tatkal Quota Information
- Tatkal Jeep Safari: Slots open 7 days prior to the safari date.
- Tatkal Canter Safari: Morning slots open 1 day prior, while afternoon slots open on the same day.
Premium Quota Information
- Premium quota slots open 3 days prior to the safari date.
- Availability is subject to cancellations from advance bookings. There is no separate fixed premium quota; seats appear only when previously booked seats are cancelled.
Advance Booking Window
Online safari booking opens according to the following schedule:
October, November & December
January, February & March
April, May & June
Booking Requirements
To process a safari booking, we require:
- Full name of every guest travelling for the safari
- Valid identification proof for all guests
- Foreign Nationals: Passport number / details
- Indian Nationals: Any one of the following:
- Aadhaar Card
- Voter ID
- Passport
- PAN Card
Important B2B Note
All safari bookings are subject to the rules, regulations and availability of the Forest Department. Wildaddis will facilitate safari bookings based on the information and availability provided by the Forest Department.
Any changes in safari rates, availability, zones, timings or regulations imposed by the Forest Department will be applicable accordingly.
