Tatkal, Premium & Advance Booking
Ranthambore safari seats are released by the Forest Department in fixed windows. Plan early for the best zones.
Tatkal Quota Information
- Tatkal Jeep Safari: Slots open 7 days prior to the safari date.
- Tatkal Canter Safari: Morning slots open 1 day prior, while afternoon slots open on the same day.
Tip: Share guest names & ID details in advance so we can book the moment Tatkal slots open.
Premium Quota Information
- Premium quota slots open 3 days prior to the safari date.
- Availability is subject to cancellations from advance bookings. There is no separate fixed premium quota; seats appear only when previously booked seats are cancelled.
Best for: last-minute travellers. Confirmation depends on cancellations and is not guaranteed.

Booking Requirements
To process a safari booking, we require:
- Full name of every guest travelling for the safari
- Valid identification proof for all guests
- Foreign Nationals: Passport number / details
- Indian Nationals: Any one of the following:
- Aadhaar Card
- Voter ID
- Passport
- PAN Card
Important: All ID details provided during booking must be complete, accurate and exactly match the original ID document.
Good to Know
- Booking is processed only after 100% payment and receipt of ID details.
- Once booked — no cancellation, amendment or refund.
- Zones 01–05 closed on Wednesdays; Zones 06–10 closed on Tuesdays.
- Report at the entry gate 30 minutes before departure.
- Vehicle & guide details shared ~1 hour before safari.
- Pets are strictly not allowed.
