Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
1. You have to pay full fees in advance to make safari bookings.
2. ID proof is must for each and every visitor.
3. No refund or cancellation is permitted on confirmed bookings.
4. Booking is non-transferable and cannot bee exchanged with anyone.
5. You must carry the same ID card that you have submitted during
the online booking.
6. You can book your safari maximum 90 days in advance.
7. Passport details are mandatory for foreigner tourists for making reservations.
8. Safari permit is issued on a first come, first serve basis (subject to availability)
9. Park may be closed without any prior notice to visitors.
10. In case of any revision of fees after the booking, visitors will be liable to pay the
difference amount.
11. The visitors are required to report at the boarding place15 min prior to the
scheduled departure of the safari.
12. If you book safari for next day, Or Safari not available in Advance Booking, your
booking will be considered as current booking and all terms & conditions will be
applied as of current bookings
13. Jeep Safari & Canter Safari Payments are non-refundable.
14. Any specific zone booking is not guaranteed ; however, we try our best to book according
to your choice.
15. Your safari zone may be anyone of 1 to 10 zones of Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve. 16. In
case your safari is not booked due to reasons like technical error or non-availability of seat,
we will refund the whole amount in your given bank account. The same would be
communicated accordingly.
17. The inventory of gypsy under Tatkal booking quota has been increased from 15 to 20
vehicles.
18. Waiting ticket service is discontinued and all Waiting bookings (WL) for Ranthambhore
Tiger Reserve scheduled for visit after 24th April, 2024 stand Cancelled. The amount would
be refunded in due course.
19. Visit Check-In facility is made available for advance and Tatkal wildlife booking on FMDSS
booking portal, visitor may confirm their upcoming visit 1-2 days before date of visit by 9 PM
(previous day date of visit).
20. Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems,
overbooking of hotels, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do
our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any
refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
21. In case of dispute, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Sawai Madhopur.
